ORGANIZATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT

I am pleased to announce that Chris Ridley has joined the Hapco team as Lean Manufacturing Coordinator. In this new role, Chris will be responsible for implementation of Lean and 5S principles for Hapco and American Flagpole.

Chris has more than 19 years of Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience including the attainment of a Master Black Belt Certification in Lean Manufacturing. Chris came to us from Exide Technologies where he spent the last year and a half. Before that Chris spent 17 years with Tarkett Flooring as Director of Lean Manufacturing.

Chris enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his son’s soccer team.
