Cassell Named Manager of Costs and Standards

Ron Cassell has joined the Hapco team as Manger of Costs and Standards in the Finance Department. Cassell is responsible for the overall supervision of the cost accounting/industrial engineering functions and will focus on cost control, inventory accuracy and support of cost and general accounting.

Cassell earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Richmond and holds a CPA certification.

Cassell has held finance related positions with several manufacturing companies. Most recently Cassell was Controller with WM Coffman, LLC for 6 years specializing in cost control. His experience also includes several key financial positions within Bassett Furniture Industries spanning 17 years. Cassell began his career with the audit, tax, and advisory firm, KPMG Peat Marwick.
